Privacy Policy — Jong Dee

1. Information Collected
Jong Dee does not automatically collect any personal information, device identifiers, IP addresses, or GPS location data.
• Tour Operators: Company name, license number, contact information (email and phone number), and bank account details for invoice generation.
• Tour Sellers: Company name, contact information (email and phone number).
• Customers (entered by sellers): Full name, hotel name, room number, phone number, and tour-related notes.
2. Purpose of Data Use
• Creating and managing tourism product listings by tour operators.
• Allowing tour sellers to enter customer reservation information for authorized products.
• Viewing customer details (e.g., name and hotel) to facilitate transport or logistics.
• Automatically generating and sending post-tour invoices from operator to seller.
The App does not use any data for profiling, advertising, analytics, or third-party sharing.
3. Data Access & Security
• Every operator and seller logs in with secure credentials.
• No operator can view data belonging to another operator.
• No seller can access other sellers’ reservations or customer details.
• Access to data is limited to authorized accounts and encrypted during transmission.
4. Data Retention
All booking and customer data is stored securely on UpCloud servers for a maximum of 30 days. After 30 days, the data is automatically deleted.
5. Consent
Customer data is entered by the seller manually in the presence of the customer. By agreeing to book a tour, the customer provides direct consent for the use of their personal information strictly for booking and operational purposes.
6. Device Access
• Access to photo library or camera: To upload company logos.
• Access to media and microphone: To send and receive images, documents, or voice messages via the in-app chat between operators and sellers.
No other device data is accessed.
7. Eligibility
• Jong Dee is intended exclusively for registered tourism businesses.
• All users must be 18 years or older and provide valid company documentation.
• Private individuals and unlicensed entities are strictly prohibited from using the App.
8. Legal Compliance
Jong Dee complies with Thailand’s data protection regulations. It is not connected to any tax, accounting, or financial reporting systems. No online payment or monetary transaction occurs via the App.
